Report Cards/ Parent Portal

January Reporting

Kindergarten  - Grade 5 Students will be coming home January 31st with a new look report card.  This is the format which all elementary schools within Wolf Creek Public Schools have moved to.   This report card will also be accessible through Power School on a web browser.   

Parents will also have the ability to print an archived report card for any of their students inside Parent Portal. 

Steps to printing a K - 5 Report Card

Log into your Parent Portal

Choose one of your children from the tabs menu on the top. 

Choose Student Reports from the left menu

Find the Archived report and click on the name and you will aloe to view and/or print the report card.

Grade 6 - 9

There will be no formal report card sent home on January 31st.  Parents/Guardians will have access to all student grades for core classes as well as PE opened to them in Power School.  This will be available to view on the Power School App as well as a web browser.

Opening this section of the Parent Portal will allow parents to see student grades and uploaded assignments as they are entered by teachers.  No more waiting for weeks to get updates, it will all be available when you want to see it.   

Accessing The Marks

1. Log into the Parent Portal

2. Select Grades and Attendance from the menu on the left side  (all enrolled subjects should appear)

3. Click on a specific course and a window containing the list of entered assignments and grades will open up. 

Accessing The Comments

1. Choose Comments from the left menu

2. Near the top of open window there will be a drop down menu,  select the term F1 (only one option).  This will open up any additional comments the teacher may have made regarding the student.
